Warranty:
Romik® guarantees its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship. To upgrade to a limited lifetime warranty on selected Romik® products, you must first register your products on our website within 30 days of purchase. PRODUCT REGISTRATION using the serial number included with your products This warranty covers the cost of the product only; it does NOT cover the cost of removal, installation or shipping.
What is covered:
Action Slide® is backed by our 5-year warranty and optional Limited Lifetime warranty. Romik® warrants the original purchaser only that all Action Slide® products to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing accompanied by images. Romik® will direct you to an Action Slide® authorized dealer if you cannot determine the issue.
What is NOT covered:
Damage caused by normal wear and tear. Improper use / installation. Failure to properly assemble Action Slide according to installation manual. Exceeding the weight capacity rating. Rust or corrosion due to exposure to water, chemicals or spilled corrosive liquids. Delamination / breakage of composite panels due to the above. Accidents, scratches, negligence and modification to the Action Slide®
What’s next:
Once we receive proof of purchase, and images describing the issue one of our tech support members will contact you either via email or call. Replacement parts can either be sent to the Action Slide® authorized dealer or directly to you. If the issue is not covered under warranty, we will send you a link on how to get the replacement parts. Replacement parts are shipped from our facility via ground service. Expedited services are available at extra cost, which you will be responsible for.
Romik® reserves the right to repair or replace any Action Slide® product. Mayor repairs must be performed by an Authorized Action Slide® dealer. Un-authorized repairs will not be covered under the warranty.
How to start a warranty claim:
Contact your Action Slide® dealer from which the purchase was made.

- Valid proof of purchase. This document must include your name, and address
Proof must also include Action Slide® authorized dealer’s name.
- Pictures or video of the damaged parts. Make sure to submit quality images as this will help us with the process. Blurry or hard to see images will only delay the claim.
- Contact information, phone number and email address.
Legal:
Romik® liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective part(s) manufactured by Romik®. The item(s) will be subject to inspection by Romik®. Any part(s) that were, in Romik's opinion, damaged by incorrect fitting, neglect, or improper use will NOT be replaced or repaired. Romik® reserves the right to change specifications, terms, conditions and prices of items shown in this price sheet / catalog without notice. In no event shall the manufacturer Romik® be liable, including economic loss, whether resulting from non-performance, use, mis-sue of the inability to properly use / install Action Slide® products. The limitation of liability is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth Pennsylvania, United States of America, notwithstanding any principles of conflicts of law.
