How will my Action Slide® ship?
All Action Slide® ship in three (3) distinct boxes. All boxes will have the part number associated with your Action Slide®. If one of the part numbers does not match please contact your Action Slide® dealer for help.
Does Action Slide® ship LTL?
No, your Action Slide® is the only truck slide manufacturer that ships either Fed Ex or UPS. This depends on the Action Slide® authorized reseller.
How do I install Action Slide®, do I need to purchase anythng else?
Action Slide® comes complete with all necessary hardware. Installlation will take approximatly 2 hrs. Once all the contents are verified you will need a drill, some sockets, measuring tape and a torque wrench. If you do not wish to perform the installation please find an authorized Action Slide® dealer here
Can I install Action Slide® with a drop in bed liner or mat?
Action Slide® should not be installed with a drop in bed liner, carpeting or rubber mat.
How many bearings does Action Slide® come with?
All Action Slide® come with eight (8) bearings. Our Engineer's have designed Action Slide® to be smooth and easy to operate.
Can I use my Action Slide® in my overlanding rig?
The name says it all, Action Slide® can be used on truck's or van's as part of your overlanding gear. Action Slide® comes standard with lateral bearings that prevent the slide from shifting and coming out of alignment in un-even terrain. Action Slide® also comes standard with a bottle opener making it a complete overlanding solution.
Can I drive with my Action Slide® in it's open position?
NO, it is not recomened to drive with your Action Slide® extended. This is dangerous and might be illegal in your state.
I am a fleet manager and need a slides for our company truck and van?
With a 1200 lbs. weight capacity, Action Slide® is ready to go to work. All Action Slide® come standard with all perimiter tracking and six (6) HD aluminum O-Rings to secure your cargo.
I dropped a heavy object and damaged my Action Slide® composite top ?
